Waiting for the Muskrat Song



   A young man goes to the stream just outside his village with his courtship flute. Laying on the bank he patiently waits for his totem animal, the muskrat, to give him the song he will play outside his true loves tipi that night.

   This sculpture is a bronze cast from the original clay by Patrick Kelly Berry. The edition run is 20; this is the last casting available, 20/20. There will be no other castings done after this one. No artist copies will be produced. The sculpture is displayed on either a black walnut or oak (shown) base.
